Paula's School of Baton will
begin its 30th year in Mount Joy. Under
the direction of Paula McAdoo, the school offers baton twirling at all levels, for ages 3 and older, weekly classes, competitive teams or individual lessons. Pom Pom, Tap,and Tumbling classes are also offered.The school also has competition teams, which consist of children
ages 3 and older, to compete in
Drum Majorettes of America's local,state,
regional and national competitions. Private lessons are also available for children who wish to compete individually throughout the year.
Paula McAdoo and staff are all certified and qualified instructors. We are excited to have Erin Matthews and Miranda
Hess return to teach our weekly class students in Pom Pom and Baton. Other staff members, also former students at
the school,will teach classes and private lessons as well.We are excited to bring new staff instructors into the school for
our Tumbling,Leaps and Turns,Creative Movement,Stretch and Tap classes. REGISTRATION can be done by phone, 653-8519 or by filling out
the CONTACT US page, here on the web. The school's programs , consist of 45 minute classes each week, at a monthly
rate of $34.00. Multiple classes and siblings, will be eligible for a discount monthly rate. Registration can also be done

Paula's School of Baton has won many
awards throughout the past 29years. The school participates in several parades, holiday mini
shows, spring shows and look forward to our year end recital in May, "Spring Showcase 2015". The
school has participated in many public appearances and competitions. The school will participate once again in the St.
Patricks Day Parade in March in Ocean City Maryland. The school is also excited to participate in some new non
-competitive venues this year such as, Spirit Explosion: Special performance at the Washington Redskins halftime show in September.
Drum Majorettes of America hosted its National Finals
at Wingate University in July, PSB entered 18 competitive teams :Tiny Tots, Tots, Juvenile,Junior and Senior divisions.Bringing
home 16 first place awards was such a honor for the school. In addition to the national wins,the school won 3 overall Outstanding
Awards for their Senior Dance Line, Juvenile Dance Line and for the 2nd year in a row ;Juvenile Strut Team.

The school has had many individual national level winners
as well. This year, the school was proud to take 28 individual competitors to the national competition on all levels. Paula's School
of Baton earned 2 winners on the Beginner and Intermediate levels, and five on the Advanced and Elite levels of twirling.
Sophia Lutz,9,Columbia, was one of our
national winners on the Advanced
level winning Little Majorette princess of America 2015 and Taylor Barton,12,Marietta, winning her first national title on
the Elite level, Petite Majorette Princess of America 2015.
Also, winning on the Novice and Intermediate levels we are proud of Teagan Lutz,Peyton
Boyles, Sadie Zimmerman,and Emma Schneider for their national level wins.
